22-23 травня 2017 року у Військовому інституті Київського національного університету імені Тараса Шевченка відбудеться черговий Міжнародний форум “Кризовість комунікацій: комунікаційно-контентна безпека в умовах гібридно-месіанських агресій путінської Росії”.

Цього року він проходитиме під загальною назвою «Контентно-потокові моделі як тактичні інструменти комунікаційно-контентної безпеки».

Метою форуму є розгляд науково-практичних аспектів діяльності засобів масової інформації та засобів масової комунікації в районі проведення АТО на сході України; дослідження практичних засад та особливостей комунікації між органами військового управління та ЗМІ у площині цивільно-військових відносин та міжнародного співробітництва; напрацювання науково-практичних пропозицій щодо новітніх підходів у реалізації завдань комунікаційно-контентної безпеки під час взаємодії органів військового управління зі ЗМІ та розробка рекомендацій щодо впровадження у навчальний процес підготовки майбутніх офіцерів сучасних стандартів комунікації з громадськістю (комунікаційно-контентних засад) в умовах ведення бойових дій.

До участі у форумі запрошуються фахівці з Міністерства оборони України та Генерального штабу Збройних Сил України, інших органів військового та державного управління, представники вищих навчальних закладів, громадських організацій, вітчизняні та закордонні науковці і технологи в галузі комунікаційно-контентної безпеки, керівники ЗМІ та журналісти, які висвітлюють діяльність сектору оборони і безпеки держави.

Під час форуму обговорюватимуться такі тематичні блоки:

Комунікаційно-контентна безпека. Держава. Суспільство. ЗМІ;

Комунікаційно-контентна протидія агресіям: практичний досвід;

Формування віртуально-публічних доданих реальностей. Технологічні рішення;

Військова журналістика як комунікаційно-контентне виробництво. Стандарти. Досвіди. Альтернативи (Реалізація теоретичних та практичних аспектів підготовки журналістських кадрів та фахівців інформаційно-медійних структур оборонного відомства в умовах АТО)

Місце проведення – конференц-зал Військового інституту (ауд. 315).

Заявки на участь у форумі та тези доповідей приймаються до 10 травня 2017 року (вимоги до оформлення заявки та тез доповідей додаються нижче).

Збірник матеріалів конференції буде опубліковано до 18.05.2017 р. на сайті ВІКНУ у форматі pdf із забезпеченням постійної інтернет-адреси та у друкованому вигляді.

International forum “Crisis state of communication: communication and content security amidst messianic hybrid aggression of Putin’s Russia”

On 22-23 May 2017 an annual international forum on “Crisis state of communication: communication and content security amidst messianic hybrid aggression of Putin’s Russia” will take place in the Military Institute.

This year’s theme is «Stream content models as tactical tools of the information and content security ».

The objective is to discuss research aspects of mass media and mass communication organizations’ performance in the ATO zone in the East of Ukraine; research practical basis and peculiarities of  the communication between the military government bodies and mass media through the lens of CIMIC and international cooperation; develop scientific and practical suggestions, regarding the new approaches  to fulfilling the tasks of communication and content security of the cooperation between the military government bodies and mass media and design recommendations for implementing the modern wartime public relations standards (communication and content aspects) in the future officers’ training .

We invite specialists from the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, other military and government agencies, university representatives, GO representatives, Ukrainian and foreign communication and content security scientists, information agencies CEOs and journalists, that cover the security and defense performance of the state to take part in the forum.

The forum will include the following topical units:

Communication and content security. State. Society. Mass media;

Communication and content resistance to aggression: practical experience;

Forming virtual public augmented realities. Technological solutions;

Military journalism as communication and content production. Standards. Experience. Alternatives (Implementation of the theoretical and practical aspects of journalist professional training and training of the specialist in information and mass media in defense structures during the ATO)

Location – Military Institute conference hall (room 315).

To take part in the forum you have to fill an application and forward it with your thesis to the organization committee via e-mail (name of the file: «Last name.Application», «Last name.Thesis»).

The applications and theses will be accepted till May 10th 2017 (thesis and application requirements are added below).
